The worst experience, biggest nightmare, please be vigilant when conducting business with Lennar Northwest. Be extra cautious when doing business at their Brynhill Subdivision in North Plains, OR and especially when dealing with Sales Consultant Michelle Baker and all the way up to Kelli Cunningham VP, and Ryan Selby, President which all lack integrity and professionalism. Would not Recommend. During a home purchase, the Lennar realtor Michelle Baker, acted unprofessional, unethical, and deceitful way to make the sale. This company took advantage since we were first time home buyer. Lennar's communication through is unreliable between manager Kelli Cunningham and employees. When addressing serious defects/repairs on the final walkthrough of property, Lennar employees get upset and find a way to cancel the transaction and keep the escrow money. Great place to buy a production home
I would never buy a Lennar home ever again. Everything in my home of two years is falling apart including the cabinets, doors (knobs and closet door) and granite. Cheap
