Please avoid buying a home from Lennar. My mortgage was denied for no apparent reason, but I was able to secure a mortgage from another bank and purchase a house with Dr. Horton. For the past six months, I have been trying to obtain my earnest money refund, but I have not received any response from Lennar. This company looks like a fraud. Please stay away from them. I am seeking legal assistance to recover my money.
Avoid Lennar at Prairie View – Poor Quality and Zero Accountability Buying a home from Lennar at Prairie View has been one of the worst decisions I’ve made. AVOID BLAKE AT ALL COSTS! He's a master manipulator who only cares about getting you to sign a contract. His 'help' is a ruse to get you locked in, and once you've signed, you're on your own. He'll block your number and disappear. Horrible experience. Don't trust him, don't deal with him. Warning: Blake is a sales snake oil with no interest in helping you.
