I would recommend for anyone looking to buy in this community to be very aware if you are looking to buy here. Our home was purchased in May 2024 and our closing date was on 7/26/24. I noticed after we closed on our home and keys received on 7/26/24 our home still showed listed as pending sale on MLS up until September 2024. This was on all other marketing platforms used by Lennar (not listed as sold on MLS).
