The concrete plant behind Berwick is loud 6 days a week , and the cement can be seen in the air at any given time. It will blow over , and bake on your cars making it difficult to rinse off. Those living in the newer part in the back especially have to deal with that. Also you can hear neighbors banging around , and the front door slamming so hard it shakes my wall.
