The concrete plant behind Berwick is loud 6 days a week , and the cement can be seen in the air at any given time. It will blow over , and bake on your cars making it difficult to rinse off. Those living in the newer part in the back especially have to deal with that. Also you can hear neighbors banging around , and the front door slamming so hard it shakes my wall. People sometimes walk behind your screened p... read more

Save Your Money do not Buy in This Community ! Siding is coming off ,Facia Panels Buckled, Doors have space Front Door lock doesn’t lock . Paint is rolled out so far you see lines from edges of roller ! Not enough Money in the Reserve , $2600 assessment on top of Two dues Hikes ! They will not let me Put Up A American Flag On a 25 foot pole Lighted . They were going to Fine me for every day it was up ! This Place Is Bad !
