Juan Rodriguez helped every step of the way he made multiple calls to different lenders and offered alot of his time and energy to help my finance and I. He is bi lingual which helped alot as English is our second language. All in all juan is a good communicator and will try his best to accommodate your housing needs.

My girlfriend and I recently worked with Juan Rodriguez on trying to purchase my first home he made sure everything was laid out in a way that I could understand and ultimately make sure I could afford my mortgage he really goes above and beyond responding quickly to calls and texts working week days and weekends. He takes his job seriously and try his best for you.

My experience with Juan Rodriguez at Lennar was the worst homebuying process I’ve ever been a part of. There was little transparency, poor communication, and zero accountability. They’ll cancel your contract and keep your deposit without giving you a fair chance to resolve issues — and don’t expect a refund. Buyers, be aware: once they have your money, their priority is no longer you. Do not work with Juan or any member of Lennar or this community if you do not want to be scammed.
