My experience with Juan Rodriguez at Lennar was the worst homebuying process I’ve ever been a part of. There was little transparency, poor communication, and zero accountability. They’ll cancel your contract and keep your deposit without giving you a fair chance to resolve issues — and don’t expect a refund. Buyers, be aware: once they have your money, their priority is no longer you. Do not work with Juan or any member of Lennar or this community if you do not want to be scammed.
Walking into the Willow Glen community, I was excited to explore my dream home. Instead, I met Juan, a man on a mission—not to help me find the perfect home, but to sell a house THAT DAY, no exceptions.
