Beautiful home
Went from what I felt was a good experience to them continuing to not being able to close. Once they made us feel it was just impossible and I decided maybe a rental for now I can’t even get them to reply to an email from us for our earnest money. Reached out to attorneys and have got a response that that earnest money is able to receive back, which now explains why they are avoiding to respond.
Absolutely horrible experience with the sales reps here. They make you feel as a burden, are NOT there for you to find your perfect home, they are there just for the money and to lock you in to anything. They are beyond rude and when you call they and ask for call backs they take their time and when you call they do not answer ANY questions at all.
