We feel like Lennar uses cheap contractors and the lack of quality of the work shows in a few short years. From plumbing, bathtub materials, to roofing and anything in between. Their maintenance service happily declines your request whenever they have a chance. When we first moved in we got issues with plumbing when water drained very slowly. The bath tubs quickly got scratched by the plastic bath toys. Recently we got an issue with the roof. Their roofing contractor used plastic vent pipe flashings instead of metals and the... read more
