As it stands now, Lennar has stolen $850 from me. I gave a deposit to San Antonio of $850 and decided to switch communities with the plan being San Antonio will credit the $850 to the Austin division. I gave another $850 to Lennar Waterstone as a deposit on a home. My loan was denied and I signed docusigns for both divisions to get my deposits back. The San Antonio division refunded my money immediately. I emailed my Austin concierge Brooke Wettstein (after she never answered her phone) to ask for an update on my Waterstone ... read more
