Customer service at this location was top notch.
Worst builder to work with. Their lack of communication throughout the process was horrible. They have an excuse or answer for every question asked. I would never work with them again as a Realtor.
We still not moved in to the house and Lennar quality of construction is very poor and we have many issues including water leaks and our water bill is $500 for the first month and later we released there are many leaks on external pipes.
Realtor staff member Mr. Carter is very nice, courteous and helpful. He took time to explain and to give good suggestions based on our interests and needs, made arrangements to look other Lennar properties at other locations, which helped us to see other Lennar development properties, with no difficulty and saved us lot of time. Parking is roadside. Location is also pretty decent. Area is still developing.
