Give 5 stars for convenient area to restaurants, Village, stores, community is fewer homes (about 100) than large communities, new upscale homes. Give 1 star at best for Sales of lot.and building home. Omitted important info- built on a landfill w/ "soil issues" that no one could define (then learned from a neighbor at movein time), and were told "some kind of city park going in back". We initially were to have the view of field and trees as you can see in pic.. other pics show what we see this out our back of the house now,... read more
