Would never recommend. Did my first walk through and almost nothing was done when I came back for my final walk through. One example...my door had a huge dent that was pointed out in the initial walk through. Long story short, I closed and my door was still not replaced. Lennar made a big deal out of fixing my door amongst other things that were not completed before final walk through. Field representatives are also no help. Once you close, you are on your own. Barely any responses from anyone. Go elsewhere.

I have family that is having their house built in this community. They had closing pushed back 3 times costing them unnecessary time, money, and stress. They were suppose to move in November 15 and the house is still not ready. Based on what we seen today the house will not be ready by January 25th, most likely pushing closing well in to February.
