Lennar is FULL of lies! Was told by Lennar than an "investor" bought out the whole 3rd phase of our community. Come to find out that the so called "investor" was Lennar. They gave the whole 3rd phase larger patios (which we couldn't have an option for). Also the whole 3rd phase has upgrades (which we also weren't allowed to get). They told everyone that bought in the 1st phase that there would be no rentals. But over half (including the whole 3rd phase) are rentals. BEWARE if you buy from Lennar!
