Beautiful community. Gary at Lennar Verdana is very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are a bit high with apparently no room for negotiation.
General quality is OK but they won't take care of the warranty issues. Almost a year now and they refuse to fix some issues with a shower. Many contacts and emails sent over other issues that eventually got fixed., but took better part of a year and continually contacting them. Advise not to close until they have made all the new home repairs. Definitely have an inspectiion. I trusted them and should not have. Many issues took several contractors and was a lot more effort than it should have been
Very confusing working with our salesman through no fault of his own. Limited choices in cabinetry, which are builder grade, cannot upgrade, cabinets do not come with soft close option nor cabinet handles. Chintzy, dated faucets, no upgrades to be had. Home is beautiful, but too many changes being made for us to have confidence in Lennar. Also, there is a 100 page document delineating all of the HOA rules and regulations, high are basically skewed towards the HOA and not the buyer.
