Always beautiful 😍
Absolutely awful builds. None of the walls are straight and they refuse to fix any issues. They won't fix active leaks, broken and cracked mortar, uneven flooring, popped nails, or any grout issues. They also won't allow you to hold closing until these items are fixed. They promise it all will get done then do not follow through.
If I could give zero stars, I would. If I knew 10 months ago what I know now, I would have NEVER bought a Lennar home. Substandard construction, cutting corners, water intrusion, issue after issue after issue, and warranty that loves to decline just about everything. Absolute trash. Don’t by a Lennar home anywhere near Huntsville, Al. You will spend more money than it’s worth by the time you pay to fix everything that goes wrong.
