Hi I am a very disgruntled homeowner in the timber ridge community located in douglasville Georgia. Currently I have lived here for a year and 3 months and have been adamant in the past 2 town halls about getting a light put in our finished cul de sac of treaty lane since moving. It is still not remedied although the wires for the lights are in our yards for over a year now. I think Elontae is a great agent for this company. She is persistent, eager, and willing to help. That is always a plus. Such great customer service and attention to detail. I truly thank Elontae for her kindness and support through the home shopping process. I ran into a hiccup during the process personally so I wasn’t able to close either Lennar, but once I have things situated… this neighborhood is for sure at the top of the list
