Lived in this community for almost 2 years now. Here are my honest thoughts and opinions. Build Quality: Fine - not great not terrible. Small things have popped up we tried having Lennar look at such as the grout in our home deteriorating at a rapid pace. Lennar stated it is due to our pets and us walking around our home and its normal wear and tear. The HOA drives around the neighborhood constantly looking for “violations”. we keep getting violations that arent even true and when we send proof management “forgets” to send to HOA. they drain you from your money! and the customer service is terrible
