We had a contract with them on March, but for some reasons, our loan was not being approved, so, we asked for our check, but unfortunately we haven’t received it yet. I called them, texted them, but so far we haven’t received anything yet after a few months. I wished they were more responsible.

We need more amenities in this neighborhood, the park is incomparable to neighborhoods owned by the same company. Please do better. There are multiple unused plots and ample wasted space. You have plenty of residents who all pay into HOA dues, I know damn well it is not all going to that puny park, Poole, and lawn and foliage upkeep.
Trying to buy a home, loan officer won't answer me for anything I owe, their title site has malware and I'm supposed to trust these guys? I can't even get them to hear me.
