I live in the adjacent community of Hilton Head Lakes. The Preserves look like double wide trailers with no dimension or appeal on the outside. The community looks horrible and is not well maintained. Lennar will sell these homes at any cost and unfortunately it will bring down the property values of the other communities within HHL. Do better Lennar, this community is an embarrassment!
