Everyone is extremely friendly and courteous. I’m writing to say I’ve discovered a mouse in my house! It is new construction but I will be looking for any kind of entranceway, holes in garage, etc. and hopefully, building/ Lennar will take care of it..Rodents enter new construction due to ground being disrupted.
No parking…only ideal place if you have 1 car. When guests come over they are not even allowed to park in the street.
