Great community but like most real estate in WA, a bit spendy.
Lennar Homes Suck, BUYER BE AWARE Our “Smart” front door lock was abandoned after 30 days with endless battery’s replaced; our door bell chimes randomly throughout the day & night, our two longest gutters drain away from the downspouts, (you should see our 3’ long ice cycle) from previous winters. The stainless steel outside of our refrigerator is rusting. We had to hire an auto visual company to Decipher the mass of unlabeled cabling.
