I don’t recommend buying Lennar, especially with Mike at Tavola West, he’s like a used car salesmen. Lennar seems to use Covid and the economy as excuse to build low quality homes without amenities. I backed out of two deals within days because i realized i wasn’t getting a fair deal and the Lennar homes now are being poorly built with no amenities for the inflated prices that are being charged.
