Austin Webb was friendly and great to work with.
The salesmen lied to us several times. The mortgage team is the worst to deal with. Lennar cuts corners with cheap construction methods and does not equip larger homes with larger HVAC units. They put the same size units IN EVERY HOME, whether 1200sq ft or 2000sq ft. Real fun to deal with when its 105 everyday. Lennar won't fix it. Lennar is only #1 in Texas because they cheap out on the customer for higher profit margins. The Tavola community loses electricity constantly. Power outages 5-10 times in one day. Dealing with Austin was an absolute pleasure. He made the whole experience easy and enjoyable, highly recommended him and everyone at Lennar.
We worked with Austin, Ashleigh and Colby. It took us several months to decide on the home we really wanted and Austin was very patient in waiting and helping us find the perfect home. Ashleigh was also very attentive and patient during the lending process and Colby was there if we had any questions about the home itself. We would definiatly recommend Lennar and Tavola for your next home purchase.
