Ever sense we purchased our home from there has been constant noise complaint . Lennar used exteme tactics and false promise to insure how they respected the owner of the community. I have contact Lennar management several times and now I am leaving a review because of my extreme frustration with the construction noise that has been occurring as early as 4:30 AM. We bought one of their townhomes. We love the location near Elm Creek Park as well as the Floorplan, We even have a nice green space behind our home. Affordability and energy efficiency also mattered to us While the windows are new, and there is a very nice amount of insulation in the roof, the home was constructed too quickly. Be careful opening the windows, there's a good chance you won't get them closed. The bathroom on the main level had so little insulation it's like using an outhouse in the winter in Minnesota.
