Beautiful community, but severe lack of support from the developer (Lennar) regarding basic safety and amenity infrastructure. The community pool has a major security vulnerability with low, easily scalable gates. We recently had a disgusting criminal trespassing incident involving sexually explicit activity in the pool. Homeowners are demanding taller, secure gates and proper security upgrades, but corporate responses have been incredibly passive. A major health and safety disappointment for a brand-new neighborhood.
homes are nice and if repairs are needed most of the time they are made however driveways easily crack and /or surface deteriorates and lennar doesn't repair them
BUYER BEWARE: Leaking roofs, horrible concrete pours throughout the community, crooked trusses, cheap sod full of weeds….just to list a few things the community is dealing with. Stay away!
I would give zero if I could for what I’m currently experiencing. My sink is leaking. Plumbing came 3 times. Not a plumbing issue (that can be seen). The contractors for the sink fought us saying it’s a humidity issue. I finally get a brand new sink on Friday. Was supposed to be Thursday but they forgot to schedule it. I was only supposed to be without a sink for a day. Now I’m on 4 days because they didn’t schedule the plumbers to come back and hook everything up again.
