I’ve owned homes from several different builders in the area and Lennar has by far been the best. You get luxury for an affordable price. The quality of the homes are exceptional. For move in ready homes, you won’t find anything comparable. Jeff was phenomenal to work with and made the process a breeze.
It’s a very decent community, the houses are well build, staff, property management and everyone is decent as of right now, but there’s a real issue in this community that needs to be addressed. The solicitation in this community is absolutely ridiculous, and local laws can’t do anything about it. Jeff was truly a pleasure to work with. Neighborhood is being built very quickly and the house we bought is great quality from what we can tell so far. Everyone we worked with was very friendly and easy to get a hold of. Again, I gotta shout out Jeff, he truly cares even after the sale is closed.
