Good Community new phases of development keep going up
I am very glad that I moved out the this development. While I am not sure if this should be a ding on Lennar or not, while I owned the home they did fix a few items, all within warranty time frame, but they did state a number of items they would not address. NOW they are fixing the items of the second owner outside of the expressed warranty. HAD many of those items been addressed while I owned the home, there is a good chance my home would have sold quicker and for a better price. I would not recommend Lennar though overall ... read more
