Great community! It is quiet, clean, and safe. Everyone in the neighborhood waves to each other and says hi. Very family oriented. Easy access to 35, which makes my work commute to San Antonio a breeze. Minimal issues with the home and and fixes were easy to schedule and were completed promptly. I had zero issues getting anything that needed to be fixed.
Anyone having an issue with the neighborhood or housing at steelwood is questionable to say the least… it is unbelievably quiet and the neighbors have been some of the greatest I’ve had. Anyone wanting to live in New Braunfels would be lucky to find a place here. I saw someone comment that the house “didn’t have a fridge” well… yeah… this isn’t an apartment complex and I’m not sure what you expected when you bought a new build house 😂
This community is awesome! Close to 35 and everything New Braunfels has to offer!
