I had a very bad experience at Rancho Canyon community after all the process of purchasing a home the person who build the houses ( Tanner i believe is his name) decided to cancel my contract and refuses to send the cancelation note so i can get my money back everytime we try to find out what is going at the office site they said another person is in charge or that they are going to communicate later .
