However, as other reviews state, quality is not a strong point. 2 years in and our carpet already needs to be replaced even though we take good care of it and have it cleaned every few months. Much of the drywall is cracking at seams such as corners and ceilings, despite our close control of the humidity in the home. Cookie cutter mini McMansions. If you're going to spend 400K on a home, build one on a couple acres 10 miles from town. Same cost! Better value!
