We have had bad experiences at our new Lennar-built home that we just bought a year ago in Samara. We have had continuous leaks from our AC after repeatedly fixing “the issue”. Leaks led to us having to break down our master bedroom wall- work that has been going on for more than 2 months now as they hired a restoration team that wasn’t doing the proper work and then had to stop that after our complaints and hire another restoration team.
