My husband & I just bought our Lennar home in Sage Meadows & the process couldn’t have gone smoother. We did have an amazing realtor help us out as well (shout out Shiana Polite). 😊 From touring to closing, everyone was very helpful & communicative, & in less than 25 days we were moved in! We are thrilled to be in our first home & love the neighborhood so far.
I have been trying to get the water flowing over my retaining wall into my yard fixed to no avail. The water comes up to my back door. I put in warranty requests and am ignored. I would think twice about buying from Lennar.
We closed on August 6th and still haven’t gotten our mail keys. This development is Converse and St Hedwig. They sent the keys to Converse for a St Hedwig address. Still, almost 3 weeks later, no solution for our mail. Everyone is super nice, then you close and no response.
Expect your roof to leak TWICE in under three years. Spend your money with a different builder.
