I closed on my house in February and it had been issue after issue. They use the most incompetent contractors and warranty work is never completed correctly. It's unbelievable how careless they are with their home builds. It's not only the contractors their lennar company project managers are just as bad. They will come up with every excuse to why your concern is normal in the building process. I've so far had problems with floors lifting, I had to clean overspray off walls and floor, I've had holes in my ceiling (which all ... read more

Sorry for my English because the French is my primarily language. iI come from Maine for Texas and Lennar was recommended to me and I don't regret going there because I met a person called Robert Vargas. I am so satisfied that I have already told a friend who wants to move to Texas to work with Robert Vargas because he has never frustrated me.
