HOA is 400 every 3 months,1600 a year its outrageous, and they don't do nothing but want to put violation instead of fixing things.
I’m still trying to figure out Lennar’s business practices. Let’s say you go to the store and purchase a widget for $20. You take it home, take it out of the packaging and get a good look at it for the first time. Your new widget turns out to be broken. You take it back to the store and get a refund or a replacement. Happens all the time. But if you spend $250k on a brand-new house and you find something broken, then it is too bad for you because Lennar isn’t going to spend $10 and 5 minutes fixing it.
