I’m still trying to figure out Lennar’s business practices. Let’s say you go to the store and purchase a widget for $20. You take it home, take it out of the packaging and get a good look at it for the first time. Your new widget turns out to be broken. You take it back to the store and get a refund or a replacement. Still waiting on repairs for a damaged cable box owned by AT&T since June 2025. I’ve contacted Lennar and AT&T they haven’t done Squat. I am afraid either scorpions, snakes and or spiders will nest in there. Really disappointed with the quality of grass that was installed. One complaint is they installed it before I could prep the soil so now I’m stuck with hard dirt that won’t retain water, they installed it right up against my foundation which was their choice.
