I will say, the buying home process was quick and straightforward. Lennars reps were really helpful, however the minute we moved in, we’ve had nothing but issues. The walls are super thin, and we had water back up in both showers, even tho no one was even running the water. There was things that weren’t done upon moving in, that they never actually fixed. They lie. Whatever they say the HOA will charge you just double it and then in that number by 10% every year. Lennar also has terrible warranty services
There are so many hidden fees due to HOA and internet. We are being charged double the original set price. I bought my home May of 2024 and at the beginning of 2025 the extra fees kicked in. They went back and double charged us. Was not informed of any changes and was not a part of original agreement. Do not recommend Lennar at all because of this issue.
