This is a very nice development of it and a very walkable neighborhood. The development is including two Pickleball courts, a Dog Park, and several gathering places, including a large gazebo area. The location is just above the 101 freeway close enough to everything lots of places to visit. I am considering one of the homes here as the phase continues to be built. It is currently still in the first phase.
