Do NOT buy a Lennar home. The construction quality has been extremely disappointing, and their warranty is fraudulent!!! The process has been just as frustrating. They repeatedly inspect the same issues instead of actually fixing them, making the warranty feel meaningless. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere before making one of the biggest purchases of your life.
Rude unprofessional sales representative John. Drove an hour to be not shown the home. Lied about VA home loan information. Avoid if a veteran.
