Lennar has allowed this beautiful development to become a rental community by letting slumlords buy up all the properties for as much as $80k below list price and play monopoly. The HOA needs to step in and put a stop to it because Lennar doesn’t care.
Unreasonable, accusatory sales practices. Exaggerated property location, deceitful on timelines and walking back on dates. Poor communication throughout the sales process.
