I remember when this place hardly had any traffic. I dislike how it's introducing tons of people around here, and eventually it skews up prices, and rent for tenants. Please don't build more houses, to whoever is creating this type of influx of people.
I want to share my experience as a first-time homebuyer so others can avoid the same situation with Lennar in the Mid-Atlantic region (Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia).
