So I have two issues here. One isn't as big as the other, it's the street parking. Everyone moving in here has 2-4, even 5 cars, and rarely do people use garages or even their own driveways. It's the only time I wish an HOA enforced no street parking as it's so damn cluttered. The second thing, is the electrical company Lennar works with. The most incompetent group of people to try to do business with. These idiots RAN my credit months after my application after they called me and asked me if I was interested in moving forward and I told the No because I went ahead and moved forward with Richmond. So the idiot on the phone ran my credit and all she can say was " ha, I'm so sorry. Need me to write and email to Richmond " I just hung up on her.
