I am going on 8+ weeks of waiting for my money back from this company. They will lie to get the money and lie about pretty much everything just to get you to go with them. I have reached out multiple times about getting my money back and all I hear is “we are working on it.” I work in the area and at a big named dealer.. I promise I will tell everyone I meet to never do business with this company. The lack of response or care from the team here is just pathetic…

Warning to potential buyers: DO NOT buy from this place. The sales service is terrible, and the houses are built with the cheapest, lowest-quality materials possible. Within just two weeks of purchase, the boiler already stopped working — and they refuse to provide a repair date. Their excuse is that it’s “not their responsibility,” when it’s clear they knowingly use defective, low-grade products.
