Do not buy a lennar home period end of story. The subs they use in providence are subpar at best. When you have a warranty repair, first they will try to deny it by saying its within tolerance. Ie a sliding door that sticks requiring 2 hands to slide open and shut. Rocking toilets, did you know toilets are meant to be rocking horses, shower pans are made to flex and move. Edited to remove a star due to Lennar’s response to this review. Why ask me to email you with my contact information if you weren’t going to bother to respond to my email? You deserve a one star review for how you treat your customers. The community of Providence is nice but Lennar leaves a lot to be desired. They are a very dishonest company and will lie to you about what they can offer.
