The agent at Lennar Primrose lied to us and we had to back out of a house we absolutely loved! He lied to us about incentives and had us on the hook for months. And when confronted, he was extremely rude and dismissive and threatening! He was our only point of contact so honestly I am not sure if it was him or Lennar as a whole who promised us one incentive in the beginning, made us wait and then made us look bad for expecting that incentive!
Clean neighborhood
I want to start saying that the Lennar Mortgage was great! But all the credit I would give to our loan officer Linh Milichovsky! She’s an exceptional and knowledgeable person. She guided me with patience every step of the way like an angel. She took the time to answer every question no matter big or small and we never felt alone in this process. Thank you Linh Milichovsky to make our experience with Lennar pleasant!
