We love our Lennar home. It is very well built. The extras that were included was a pleasant surprise. The price we paid was very reasonable. It was lower than other subdivisions we looked at. Lennar gave you so many upgrades that were included. But the big surprise was the support you receive after you purchase your home. They are there for you. We are so happy at Preston Trails. Thank You to all the people that work for Lennar.
There are things that large companies do that can sour a home buying process. I'm not sure Lennar is any different than most of these super tech companies that are in the home buying space. Once one gets past that, the team here at Preston has been outstanding. Zak, Sawyer, Kim, and sorry for those I missed are gems and turn around what lawyers sour.
