So far so good! Love love love our new home and the neighborhood is adorable. Lennar has been on point for everything we had to contact them about. We followed the building process from start to finish and these homes are built just as good as any. We also have internet, so...🤷♀️
Are people really paying over $300k for these houses? The pictures look nice but you can tell from the outside they are cheaply made and thrown together. The only thing that makes these houses different is the color. One quick look will let you know these are cookie cutter houses that are thrown together at a high profit and they will most likely do anything to make a sale. There's no way I would buy a house in the subdivision I don't care how good the neighborhood is.
Don’t buy in this subdivision We did and we’re sorry Lennar did nothing but lie to us through the entire process Once we closed Lennar would not return calls or emails We were told the community was wired for cable and internet which I need for my job that wasn’t true
