I purchased a new home built by Lennar this July, and I have experienced significant quality issues. A few examples include: faulty electrical wiring that prevents the refrigerator and stove from working properly, a dishwasher that continues to malfunction (with Lennar directing me to contact GE instead of addressing it directly), and a garage door that does not close automatically, for which I was advised to purchase silicone lubricant to spray. It’s been a month or two since I posted the original review and things of escalated from bad to worst. We’ve had shootings, section 8 children beating each other up, groups of older kids hanging out and damaging multiple properties If you move to this community , be prepared to get cameras and an alarm system it’s very important. I don’t feel safe in my own home Lennar home doesn’t care they continue to allow this havoc in our community. Landlords and Police have been contacted.
