Be leery of buying into the subdivision. We were sold a dream and lied to section 8 has been allowed to move in. They’re unsupervised children running around causing havoc trash everywhere.
Another poor workmanship review. Yes, this is another one from this builder. Been here 30 days and they installed the free washer and dryer. Noticed water residue in the laundry room all over the floor. Pulled out the washer and behind the dryer, the vent was completely detached from the dryer causing water vapor to accumulate all over the floor. I’m not sure where to start, but these homes are constructed with poor-quality materials—dollhouses are sturdier! The builders, salespeople, and managers seem more focused on making a sale and profiting, rather than ensuring the safety or value of the homes. They build subpar houses and sell them for far more than they’re worth. It’s like a luxury brand charging high prices for items that offer no real quality.
