May be early, but so far it has been an A+ experience. Fast, simple and easy. We close tomorrow. If anything changes I will update my review. UPDATE. After almost 1 year I can’t be more happy. As a basic first house it is great. The HOA here has been very accommodating with all of my requests and fees are really affordable. The in home internet in 1/3 of spectrum and is faster. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY THESE HOMES ARE NOT WORTH IT. THEY DONT WANT TO REPAIR ANYTHING. WARRANTY TEAM IS A JOKE REALLY. THEN THEY TELL YOU THEY DONT HAVE TO REPAIR ANYTHING AFTER CLOSING. The concrete issue I am dealing with should be covered under warranty because it is not normal surface scaling or minor pop-outs that can occur over time. This condition appears to stem from improper installation and construction practices, not routine wear or environmental exposure. When concrete is poured in unfavorable conditions, such as during rain, and under schedule pressure, it may not properly set or cure as intended. Hard sell tactics by the sales staff, one in particular. She literally wanted non refundable earnest money in order to provide the sales contract. Don’t recommend. We never closed, but the initial process was enough to convince me that Lennar is simply trying to push potential buyers into a “deal” they won’t give you time to consider.
