home inspector found a defect with the hvac for the home inspection, he referred a HVAC tech for further evaluation. I send a tech.The Construction Manager stops ✋️ the HVAC tech from doing a inspection, The CM claimed he looked unprofessional and he was trying to repair the AC. He was not trying to repair anything, he just wanted to do as I asked and inspect the system.
May be early, but so far it has been an A+ experience. Fast, simple and easy. We close tomorrow. If anything changes I will update my review
Lennar at prairie view has to be one of the worst builders i have ever dealt with. I would NEVER recommend anyone buy one of their properties especially in this community. Their warranty team is a joke, the quality of their homes is poor and with the hoa fees are high a the community have been closed for repairs from subpar installation since opening weekend.we can Start with my electrical sockets that are growing mold, my ac unit drain line leak so badly it’s ruined my bathroom cabinet or the mortar and 3/4 of all my bricks... read more
