Update: We ultimately realized the location was not for us but if you really like the area and it is close to where you work - the floor plans and finishes are great. Fantastic floor plans and the latest features and finishes make Ponds at Stony Creek a highly desirable place. They have one-story floor plans as well as two-story with 3-car garages and full or partial basements.
