I'd rather go for a car a few years old, but with a proven track record and expected longevity for the next decade or two. For the price being charged, the workmanship just don’t match expectations. Within a few months, cracks have appeared in multiple areas of the driveway and garage. Concrete is already peeling and doors and locks are misaligned. The neighborhood and floor plan are nice

Nice home. Toured it as part of the Fall Festival of Homes by the Spokane Homebuilders Association. I was impressed with the built-in ADU.
