Do not buy a home here. They did not disclose solar was not part of the purchase price and 1 week before settlement they said oh by the way solar is about 35k extra. I asked why didn't you disclose this when i signed the contract and before i submitted the deposit. They said they were in process of switching solar companies and didn't know the costs and also they really wanted to sell a house, so they mislead me, just so i could get stuck. DO NOT BUY SOLAR FROM LENNAR. We paid cash upfront and the solar does not work and no one has done anything about it for over a year!! Lennar is in on this and wouldn’t let us choose a different company other than SunNova and now they’re bankrupt. Very frustrating and I won’t recommend these homes to anyone. The quality is simply disappointing and the service men are very subpar with their work. My home has been falling apart from my wood floor ripping off to my garage not working and so on. It would be nice if Lennar’s construction workers didn’t run the stop sign literally everyday. I don’t like that the freeway is over a mile away either but I don’t run the stop signs everyday. Highway patrol could make a lot of money in tickets if they would just stop all the people who run the stop sign. The area supervisor of Plumas Lake, Gary Bradford won’t do anything because I emailed him a while back while my kids were outside playing when someone ran the stop sign and was speeding and his office ghosted me.
