Please run—do not buy a house from this builder. The quality is terrible. We started having problems just 4 months after moving into a brand-new house that is supposed to be under warranty. Instead of feeling excited about a new home, we’ve been dealing with constant issues. We’ve had 4 leaks in 2 years, and somehow that still isn’t enough for them to recognize that something is seriously wrong. Construction noise everyday during city noise ordinance, there’s street sweeping and power machines operating as early as 5:30 am with no regard to people living here, even on a Saturday. Honestly the builder quality is plastic. You get plastic floor instead of real wood, plastic windows and light fixture all while demanding $$$$. There’s also highway noise that was not apparent in the day when we toured the place but were shocked in the first night we slept in the house.
