I'm so very disappointed in the poor quality of my new Lennar home at the Summerside edition in Lockhart Tx, purchased in August 2024. I had to submit warranty request x4 on the garage door, the back cement porch separated.deom the foundation, my attic was filled with unused insolation that they left behind, I've submitting roof repairs, lack of sealants applied in multiple out piping places and my porch and garage have what they termed as superficial cracks. Worst place to live in. Between the lack of parking, constant frustration, and impossible to have any guest over .  It not a pet friendly area there no playground or majority of people have to install fences to keep privacy. this place makes it hard to even feel comfortable in your own home. Save your money and look elsewhere.

KNOX ridge lennar is ruining this area. I drive everyday going ro work. A resident at the front of the subdivision where the new homes are still being built has a pool in the driveway and a picnic set on the front sidewalk.. what is the HOA MONEY FOR

We were looking for a home near the beach but away from the crowds. We found that in Plantation Lakes. From the moment we stepped onto the development we were so excited. We are close to retiring & hoping to make new friends, swim, learn how to play golf & walk the trails. Heidi V. & team were amazing, informative & helpful. We are a proud owner of a Cambridge Home. Very nice design. However, after 24 years of ownership and two hidden water leaks, one drawing termites, and the other now stopping hot water for family showers because it is in the concrete foundation, watch how your home is built. Sometimes rules are broken. Good luck Lennar.

I just had one of your Home consultants hit me with her car, we both got out and we both saw there was no outside damage, but I had never been in this situation so I wasn’t sure what to do so I wanted to call my husband, (this was ALL I got to say) so she took out her phone & videos me saying how she doesn’t want anyone to claim something happened that didn’t (that’s fine) and just started being nasty (again I said nothing) before I even got my husband on the phone SHE GOT IN HER CAR, handed me her business card, AND PULLED... read more

No follow up after the sale. They take your money and don't want to hear from you again. Poor follow up on warranty items! I think tre is a warranty law in South Carolina and plan on checking into it.

Not impressed with our process at all. Haven't received items from final walk thru, 3 months later. Response is not great and don't always respond. Don't believe when they tell you how long it takes to build or any specifics about HOA rules because if they told you the truth, you wouldn't build there. Remember, they are sales and will tell you anything to get you to build with them.

We followed the required procedure regarding a Warranty Request, and the representative from Realstar was unresponsive, unprofessional and nasty, In addition, thet didn't address and correct our Warrranty Request!
