The absolute worst to get any warranty work done! Been waiting nearly 6 months now to have a slump in our floor fixed. The contact I have, Josh is no longer responding. Seems like he’s blocked our numbers so now we have no way to get a hold of him to fix our floor that is under warranty. Completely ridiculous to spend over half a million dollars and no follow through on warranty work that is supposed to be covered.
The HOA is a nightmare. Constant construction and dust.
Homes are nice but location is too remote with lots of traffic.
When you spend over half a million dollars on a home you expect basic things to work in your home. My husband and I have a 5 month old and 2.5 yr old we moved into our home the end of August so just about 3 months. We have had nothing but problem after problem since the week we moved in. I have now submitted over 10 warranty claims just within living here under 3 months.
