Homes are nice but location is too remote with lots of traffic.
When you spend over half a million dollars on a home you expect basic things to work in your home. My husband and I have a 5 month old and 2.5 yr old we moved into our home the end of August so just about 3 months. We have had nothing but problem after problem since the week we moved in. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service we have received from Lennar and the time it has taken to repair my shower. We are going on over one month now with a shower repair where we have to be the ones to tell the customer service rep that the contractor is finished with their portion of the work and for them to tell the next contractor to come out. Mind you, each time we start this process it takes a day or two for the rep to respond to us and then another few days at least for the next contractor to come by. Ins... read more
