Would NOT do this again! Everything is the absolute cheapest quality. Less than 6 months in and everything from cabinets to carpet, flooring to showers, to sprinklers are already needing replacing. Just know every single thing from bathroom fixtures to counter tops...everthing is technically present but so cheap that it is truly just the starter. No fan for the kitchen and even the appliances need replacing. I would look for a builder that cares about quality. This was clearly quantity. I am extremely regretful.
