Nicely built homes in a good location centrally located north county.
I have experienced several issues with my home in the Parkside community built by Lennar. Despite my attempts to address these issues with the community manager, they have not been resolved satisfactorily. The staircase lights have been malfunctioning since I moved in, with only one of the three lights working. The main electrical outlet also had a problem that caused it to trip whole home regularly, which was due to the builder's mistake in screwing the main electric connection properly. I am one off buyer who is waiting on Lennar to confirm on my closing date. I registered to buy home an year ago and got an my opportunity to confirm on the home site in April 2022. I get the Inflation/supply demand/etc/etc , But I am not a huge corporation to have a team to anticipate these and still I get these as reason for my home being delayed on closing date or at least would like Lennar to provide some compensation that was provided to initial phase owners vs later phases .
