Lennar is building townhomes in this community, where I have a townhome by a prior builder. Lennar’s been awful with regard to our community and HoA. They’re constantly breaking water main pipes, have SUPER messy construction sites, damaging our gate and more. Worse, they won’t own up to their mistakes that are impacting others in the community. Shudder to think what their actual homes are like with this work ethic.

Stopped by to get information from the office, and there is no office on site? Update. The salespeople will tell you whatever to sweet talk you into putting money down "as a deposit." They aren't loan officers who can actually approve you. Then, they hold your money for months while they "process" your loan, only to be denied and pushed into "traditional financing." Which is, of course, not anywhere near the deal the salespeople promise you. Very disappointed for wasting my time and money Lennar Homes.
Recently purchased in the community and there is a general concern for how Lennar will leave the overall community/budget once finished. I would not recommend purchasing in the community at this time, as the HOA is not stable from speaking with residents and board members. This may affect property values in the future.
